1. Acceptance of terms

This license is automatically terminated if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

All original content on the Site — text, layout, calculators, code, graphics — is the property of cpichart.com unless otherwise indicated, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party content (chart widgets, data series) remains the property of the respective owners and is used under their applicable terms.

The Site name, logo, and visual identity are trademarks of the operator. You may not use them in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written permission.

4. No professional advice

The information and tools on the Site are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any content on the Site without consulting a qualified professional appropriate to your specific situation. 5. Accuracy of information

We strive to keep all data on the Site accurate and up to date. However, we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability. Economic data is subject to revision by the issuing agency, and chart and ticker data is provided by third parties whose accuracy we cannot independently verify. We may correct or update information without notice. Your use of the Site's information is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site contains links to third-party websites and embeds content from third-party providers (notably TradingView for live charts and ticker tape, BLS and FRED for data references, third-party ad networks for advertising). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access such third-party content at your own risk and subject to those third parties' terms.

10. Advertising

The Site displays advertising. Advertisements are clearly marked. Their presence does not constitute endorsement of the advertisers or their products. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of any advertising or for transactions between you and any advertiser.

11. User submissions

If you submit content to the Site via the contact form, newsletter signup, or other means, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, delivering the newsletter, or improving the Site. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including (without limitation) breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) will survive.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware (or such other U.S. jurisdiction as the operator may designate), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located within that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and cpichart.com regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements.
